The 3rd International Explosives Conference of the United Kingdom is now open for the submission of abstracts for oral presentations and posters. The conference has as its overall theme ‘Emerging Technology in Energetics’ with sub-themes to include, but not limited to:
The deadline for abstracts for oral presentations or posters is 27 February 2026. Submitted abstracts will be
reviewed by a panel from the Editorial Committee and its decisions should be announced by early March 2026.
Successful submissions will be invited to present at the conference. Following the conference,
you will be invited to submit a full paper which will be peered reviewed by the
members of the Editorial Committee. The accepted papers will be published in a Record of Proceedings by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
To submit an abstract please complete the Paper Submission Form on or before the 27 February 2026.
